Hi, I bought a T5 Transporter Shuttle, but the muppet previous owner lost all the manuals. I have registered with a couple of on line breakers, but no joy, and VW have had them on back order for months.

Can anyone help me find a set, or copy a set?

Hi Mark aged 42,
Welcome aboard.
Good luck with your van - I hope the previous owner took more care of it than he did the manuals!!

As you say, your van centre will get you one eventually but it'll cost. I think almost all of the manual will be the same as the standard panel ban with maybe an extra section in the ring-binder. So if it's just a general thing then the standard one as a starter might do?

there is a place on the net which does them but I haven't the link but will look....don't think it's VWBooks as they're mainly the older aircooled stuff.....

Welcome to the best T5 forum!

It may not cost too much, for once- certainly the Sat Nav instruction books were a nominal quid 'ish. Indeed some enterprising souls were buying them from the dealer and selling them again on e bay for a lot more..

My dealer in Latvia quoted about £40 for a genuine ring-binder with all the stuff I need for my T5 Caravelle, excluding the SatNav book.  Prices should be similar throughout the EU.

However, I got mine on eBay for under £10.

I downloaded the instructions for my SatNav MFD here:

If the above link is not correct, you'll need to look elsewhere on the site www.vwnavi.com

But note that the SatNav is so easy and logical to use, I don't think an instruction book is needed.

All - thanks for the advice, and hi Windseeker, small world!

I think I will prowl ebay, sounds cheap and I'm in no hurry.
