Gearbox DH or DK

   Hi,
I have been offered a  cheap van for my sister(1.9 DG),kn**ered gearbox,but otherwise excellent
I have been offered 4 speed box either DK at �85 or DH at �35 both allegedly good though never run by the seller.
Looked up the ratios etc and both apper to be the same,is the DK really that much better and stronger than the DH?
I am aware the DK will need more work to fit,(I think the input shat needs shortening)but I have plenty of time and she has no money
sorry if the info. is already on here,but I have had a qiuck look and the seller needs the boxes gone asap.
Any opinions would be helpful as I am more used to playing with worn out British TR's
