Hi,

About 6 hours start to finish, dry day as space needed, trouble is once you get the dash out, you get side tracked into cleaning all the bits you could never get to before,  what van you got?

£52+vat from GSF

i wouldnt spend six hours of my life pulling one out, just to bodge it, and probably have it seize again in 2 months...

Mk2 Golf ones are a different part number (and cheaper) dunno about the others...

as tee3 says, best to do the job proper, i.e. new parts, than have to do the same job twice...

trust me - that's what i've got to do now after bodging mine up for the winter

ah well!
