Front washer jets not working

   Hey all, long time!

I can't for the fucking life of me get my front washer jets working! I've got a duel system: one pump for the windscreen and one for the headlamps. I tested both pumps and found the main one to be shot, so I replaced. No joy. So I checked the fuses and replaced the Earth's. No joy. I've had the wiper leaver off the steering column and made sure all contacts work and are clean. No joy. 

I am stumped as to where to turn next! Should I swap the relays? Maybe try a new wiper stalk? Get the whole lot rewired?

Why does it all have to be so fucking complicated?!
