Front Belts question/advice

   I have just found a double seat to replace the single one that was fitted on the passenger side in my LT35.
The van previously had double seats fitted and when the single was fitted the middle seat anchor point for the seatbelt was just snipped off (driver and middle seat both anchor to the same point).

I am trying to source the two anchor points but I was thinking of a better solution to make passing through to the back a little easier, without the passenger belt anchor in the way.

So...has anyone put in a new anchor point for the seatbelt on the middle seat at the front? Either to the floor or the seat itself?  I have access to a scrapyard full of seat belts!
