I'm not sure what the official figure is but I would be worried if I saw much less than 60 PSI once revving with a warm engine. Do you have an oil light flashing? It's worth just changing the oil pressure switch for the cheap cost. You would need to remove it to get a gauge in place anyway.
The manual says to take the front off to do it but I discovered that it's quite possible to do it without. http://www.brick-yard.co.uk/forum/how-to-fit-an-oil-pressure-switch_topic92445.html I wouldn't drive it at all if there is any doubt in case the oil pump is faulty or the pickup strainer is blocked. Important to change the oil filter in case it is blocked or it is a rubbish one that has collapsed.

Hi new member here I am Dave and have a 2007 T5 2.5 130 LWB Ex shuttle And live in lincolnshire UK,
can any body tell me what the oil pressure reading should be please thanks Dave
