LT 35 Diesel timing on AGX 2.5 SDI engine

   Hi

I have just had the pump reconditioned, refitted and timed. The following day it was difficult to start and when it did start lots of white smoke. Took it back they had timed it at 0.35mm, apparently the correct position should be 0.85mm they say and retimed it to that figure. Whilst the van seems to start and run OK it is very noisy and the fuel consumption has increased to 23 MPG. Any thoughts?

	Pump Timing Upto 01/99 should be 0.35mm From 02/99 should be 0.55mm Either way your pump timing is out.
