Hi I have an aaz engine in my bus just had the glow plugs replaced as it was hard to start now the engine starts instantly but runs a bit lumpy for 5 or 10 seconds after it has fired up then it idles perfectly would you say that is normal for these idi engines ? Or do you think there maybe other issues? Other than that is a grate runner

Sounds about right to me, it has been pretty cold recently too. Have you tried using the cold start lever to see if that helps?
