Went to go to work this morning & my coolant warning light was flashing. Had a quick look & coolant level is slightly below min. No visible signs of leakage or drips.
Drove to work & temp stayed OK (1/4, then just below 1/2 on big climb to Ainley Top, then back to 1/4). No exhaust smoking, checked oil.. all nice & black & no noticeable loss of power & no bubbling of coolant. Anything else I should check for? Worried. |

Possibly just the cap leaking when hot. Mine did that. Evaporated a little off at a time... Although that said your temp should be at half all the time. If its only at 1/4 your thermostat is probably stuck open .
