Hi guys.
I've got a T5.1, 2012 year. The other day when opening the side loading door I noticed a rusty stone chip on the sill by the sliding door mechanism on the bottom. Hang on .......... Aren't these later T5's supposed to be galvanised? Did they galvanise the whole van, or only part of it? How come I've got a spot of rust on my sill, when the van's only just over 4 years old! Any ideas or explanations greatly received - thanks. Matt.
