Gunzl double glazed window

Hi Everyone,  
Hope all are well and looking forward to currently enjoying time well spent travelling in their vans. 

I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience with the Gunzl double glazed windows, specifically the rear window. 

I have had one recently fitted via insurance, but under 6 months later, cracks have appeared at the bottom, large amounts of water is getting in between the double glazing, condensation is forming between the glazing heavily reducing visibility as well as water leaking into the van and soaking part of the bed cushion. 

I understand quality perhaps isn't what it used to be, but the original windows on the van had been there for over 20 years and I don't feel these are going to last 1 year. 

has anyone else experienced anything like this. for the amount they cost, I would expect something a little better.
