The old Golf (mk2) passed it MOT and only needed steering rack boots again!! that’s two years in a row and 3x sets in 2.5 years!! Shocked Where do they get this shit from?? The ones on the T3 have been on there for more than six years and are looking good still Big smile

They were from two different outlets but no doubt they get them from the same supplier.
 
Far play to the supplier of the first set as they gave me a credit as only fitted 6 months Smile

Most aftermarket stuff is poor quality these days, rubber quality is impossible to determine by looking and only time will tell...my advice...buy genuine! failing that try and find later thermoplastic boots as these generally never fail in normal use..ever!
