My German export plates got confiscated by Belgian police when my karmann was coming to the UK.
Hence I was in the same boat as you! Got to Brighton to collect it with no plates available!! Had already insured it off the chassis no. Spoke to a mate at vosa who advised me to make some up with sva import on them and explain to the feds if I got pulled, which I didn't even driving it all the way back to wales! I don't.know how that will stand you in Denmark though. How far away is the ferry? Edited by jason k - 09 Dec 12 at 09:00 |

Might not be any help , I live one mile away from the docks at harwich and also work there, if your vehicle is coming off the boat unaccompanied dock staff will take it off and place it in a holding area ready for collection

aye they are well built and well appointed insideas far as im aware theres only 3 known over here.
d and d has one with a different layout , rhe one mazz has and ours are the same layout. ours sleeps 5 seats 6, has two doubles, one single which is a six ft settee in the day, and allows you to get eight round the table, plus blown air heating, hot water, khazi and shower. they are great value for money and drive much better than you'd expect |
