roof and bulkhead insulated and lined!
 dead battery on camera!  looks pretty good i think! off to get some more ali tomorrow as i'm now paneling the sides and a single window in the rear! i'll take a pic of the window i broke too! still finding bits on the floor! never mind eh? paint as soon as thats done!

Great thread ... Just love seeing how it comes together and with some skill, ingenuity plus a bit of luck/ trial & error ;-) can produce a quality end result. Get the battery charged !!!

will it ever be finished? not if i keep wrecking stuff!   oh yeah i did it good!
  so took that panel off and replaced with....
 this - then....
 took that panel off too to replace with....
 this! (its all go aint it?
 ) then decided i'll have a mooch at the tailgate! marked and cut a hole for the one small rectangular window i have. (can also be used to hold longer or weird shaped objects in the nato too - with something protruding through the window if need be! - and if you think i thought of that before this process began you must be mad!
) flipped it over to add a wooden frame for the window furnature,then sealed inside and added the 25mm thick polysyrine sheets for insulation.....
 ....then paneled and plastic trim round edge to tidy up the finish then cut window and added seal for window
 done! ready for prep once windows been taken out of its hinge! dont look too bad with the high-lft sat in its holder above it!
oh and the paneling on the main frame i did the other day!
 roof
 bulkhead (its stood on its end in the corner of the unit while i sort the sides!)

i thought photobucket was guna fall over! longest its took for while!
todays messing brings me upto this state................
 sides done! after dicking about with em yesterday i thought i'd leave em for today before i lost intrest in them!
 t3 door releases used! open tailgate and theres one eitherside at the back! they just pop open when you pull the lever!
 all the gates back on
  open sesame! looks neat if i do say so myself!
   slid window in the hinge and put high lift on to see what it looks like with everything in situe
 and looking from inside out
finish prep and lay some paint on it! need to find some topcoat but its useable as soon as theres a couple of base layers on it!

tis finished for the time being! few hours prep then layed on some paint! only undercoat for the time being as i thought whats the point of painting it any colour to change it in a couple of weeks?
 couple of coats on and a few hours later......
      there you go! just gotta trim the flooring and fit window propperly and that'll do fer-now!
