I've rejoined the ranks of T3 owners Big smile

EJ22-powered Doka. Ducati tailpipes make it sound like an angry Beetle LOL Will be tidied up and sign-written. Bike rack of some kind (not sure what yet) in the load bed.

A previous owner spent a small fortune on a full leather re-trim in the cab. Working my way through a long list of mostly minor things that need sorting... already fitted anti-rattle shims to the seats, cleaned out 30 years of dust from the inside of the clocks, emptied a fish tank's worth of water from one of the rear lights. Still to do: replace buggered lambda, full service, top wishbone bushes, sort fuel tank leak...

Love it though...

Exhausts: one each side. Sound good... characterful burble on light throttle and quite a bit louder (but not ridiculous) when giving it some beans.

Interior: nicely retrimmed captains seats and a triple in the rear (no idea where it originally came from). Screens in the front headrests are linked to the head unit Wink

Very smart, can't see on the exhaust but are the silencers linked or is it one for each pair of cylinders.

One for each pair. It's not the quietest setup, but it's ok provided you dong go too mad with your right foot!

Congrats on new purchase, looked great it the pictures I saw when advertised. I was intending to contact seller and ask about roof rack, but I didn’t get chance. Now I've got  a second chance :)
So do you have any info on the roof rack fitted as it looks like would work well with a rood tent for my van.
Cheers Jez

Hi Jez,

I don't have any info on it I'm afraid. It's steel, very solid, can't find any indication of who made it. On the fence about whether I'm going to keep it, or not...
