Spent a fustrating hour this morning trying to replace a top ball joint on my 02 caravelle. Couldn't shift the sod, ended up breaking the puller. Any tips for dealing with well seized joints? Or do I just need a bigger puller?
Whilst I was in there I found that the bottom joint and the trackrod end both need changing too - no wonder it was clunking a bit over the bumps. Not had this van long, and every time I start a job on it I find stuff which has been bodged / ignored by previous owner.
