Removing the Rear sliding table on a Caravelle ?

Does anybody know how to remove the sliding table in the T5 caravelle...Iam a bit lost

Remove the two large caps from the ends of the two centre rails, push table up to front of rails and whilst pulling up the handles front and back that you use to move the table it should lift straight out.

You will also need to take out the trim pieces approx a foot along the rails from those end caps, 2 in each rail.  Once their out, slide the table until it is directly underneath the 'holes' and lift straight out.

There are no trim pieces on the two centre rails (not on mine anyway) I think when you pull up the levers it lets the back mechanism slip through the slats.
