I am fitting a Reimo multirail to my hightop T5.  Only problem, the fitting instructions are in German (and my German stops after "zwei Biere gefallen").  Does anyone have any idea where |I might find English instructions?

sent to us as a word doc from Fishbrain who we got our rail off

Reimo Multirail VW T4 (Instructions for assembly and use)

Usage: The universal rail allows simple installation of a canopy, awning or roof rack. The canopy or awning can be fixed with either a piping rod (8mm) or a clamp.

Contents:

1 installation instructions
1 TUV certificate information
1 front endpiece
1 rear endpiece
14 countersunk steel screws (3,9 x 16)
6 self tapping screws (3,9 x 16)
1 pack primer 3100

For the installation you need:

1 universal multi rail
1 tube Sikaflex 252
1 x acetone or Sikaflex adhesive cleaner
1 x Sikaflex remover, glass paper or fine sandpaper, dustsheet, 3.2 mm drill bit, drill and screwdriver.

1
The metal above the doors need to be degreased and cleaned well with acetone!
The gap below the circumference of the roof needs to be masked with adhesive tape.
Mask the bodywork with plastic film (for protection from chippings).

2
Attach the front of the end piece as shown on the picture; let the tip of it overlap approx 2 mm.
Mark the complete contour with a pencil or marker; the marking of the back of the end piece is the beginning of the rail.

3
Attach the universal rail with its leading edge accurate to the marking and parallel to the car contour.
Mark both front drill holes. Mark with a punch. Drill with the 3.2 mm drill bit.

4
Screw the self tapping screws (3.9 mm x 16 mm) to the universal rail. Start where you pre-drilled the two front drill holes. Now fix on the rail from the front to the back.
Take care! Make sure that it’s parallel to the beading.
The space above the rail needs to be masked with adhesive tape for protection. Now draw the contour of the back of the end piece.

5
Unscrew the rail. The surface under the rail and the two end pieces need to be roughened.
Clean the surface with acetone again. The drill holes need to be brushed with colour primer. Wait until the colour has dried.
Also take note of the manufacturer’s instructions.

6
Before applying Sikaflex 252 (adhesive) on the cleaned surface, cut the end of the tube off at an angle at the second mark on the nozzle. Hold the tube upside down vertically and apply the adhesive evenly. Every drill hole needs to be sealed with a drop of Sikaflex 252. Now screw on the rail using the black screws (3.9 mm). Carefuly remove any surplus adhesive by using the special adhesive remover.

7
Attaching the end pieces:
The painted surfaces need to be cleaned and roughened. Pre-treat the surface by using the primer 3100. After the primer has dried, apply some adhesive to the rail ending and to the first cm of the end piece. To extend the protective film of the end piece put some sellotape at the end of it– it will be easier to remove it later. The end pieces need to be applied at an angle. Remove the protective film carefully one cm at a time and press on the rail at the same time.
Allow 24 hours to harden before use!

Thanks stone174, with your instructions and the pictures that came with the German instructions, it should be fine.  (I lived, as a kid, in Barlick, still go there when I'm down to see the Clarets)
