I am going for a set of the genuine 18" Sportline wheels from the dealers next week
The tyres I will get are still load rated but cheaper than the dealers.
If I t works out right should come in at less than a £1000 so I am hoping I have got a good deal.
I thought about non Genuine ones but I like the 2 year warranty VW offer.

Some pics...

They look alright and the price is over £200 cheaper than what the main dealer offered on the tyres.

Kwik fit wanted £600 a set so it pays to make a few phone calls.

i'm running Kuhmos on 18" sportline alloys, been on just over a year and done about 10000 miles.
reckon i've got another six months or 5000 miles before i need to consider swaping front to back. then will probably get another 5-10k before i need to change them.

it depends how you use them really, but they don't like punctures, side wall knackered up by the time i realised why my steering was a bit heavy on one side. but at least there was no drama at 60mph.

I wonder if that's at every dealer?

I really fancy a set of these wheels, re-coated in a matt black finish :)
