Hi No need for pics seat anchorages didnt change the ones I have are covered in brown stripey dralon like on a bus Ill have a look at them and let you know the condition as theyve been in the shed a while. Ill pm you and let you know

Dead interested Terry, Mines a 1976, I'm guessing they'll not have changed the way they slot and lock in from the ones you have....
I'll take some piccies of mine tomorrow afternoon, lumps and all.

Depends on what seat you want to fit, if you have runners as well fitting is usually straightforward bolting to the floor. If your happy with the type of seats you already have but there a bit lumpy try getting them reupholstered or change thm for a newer set

eKtor do a boss kit for the LT upto 92 that enables Momo wheels to be fitted.

airbag , no chance, ive disabled it , insulated it, and i dont want to create any static, otherwise KAAAAAAA BOOOOOOOOOOOOOM
 
im going to actualy strip it down at some point, so there is no airbag inside it. i will post pics of the internals shortly "not mine after the kaboom!!!!"  with the adaptor you can fit any late sttering wheel, but as Diablodub says earlier wheels will fit with no mod.

66   The adaptor can be purchased from a VW dealer, just give em the part number i quoted in previous post, 191419514A, they have plenty of stock at VW,

here you can still see the clocks when sitting normal,
 
 
all i need now are some Audi seats to complement the wooden gear knob and Audi Concert radio

so far i have the adaptor part no 191419514a  £7.90 +VAT
 
 
as you can see, the inner spline is for the LT column, but it house an outer spline for the later steering wheels.
 
 
mmm all nice new leather.
