i'm sure a couple of years age there was someone on here who collected/restored them i have just been offered one and want to know what its worth its a 1984 super tuff burner all original in good condition can anyone help

That sad git will be me! IF its in very good condition and a MK1 they are worth up to £250ish or they were gettin that way. Not that id pay that but some peeps do.

Not being sarky or owt (OK I am) but "Vintage".....
Can't see em on Antiques roadshow for a little while yet!
A mate of mine had a raleigh burner, loved the thing... Stuck it in his garage for about 10 years then decided to razz it up and get on it again. Spent a fortune stripping the paint, spraying it, new wheels, bearing etc etc, must say it looked the biz... First time he went out, dropped off a 3 foot wall and the frame snapped in half!!!! I haven't laughed as much in years! More at his face than the untimely demise of the bike!

just stripped it today got to get all the gold off the frame forks and bars and then off she goes for a new coat of gold

Sad ol gits we b stuck in our youth of the 80's... Eres mine..  All original and not resprayed jus cleaned up a bit, all started when i got the red one for £40 at a vw show!
