When me wife cooks curries and chilli etc. at home , she cooks extra and freezes some in those 'tub its' and we warm the up in a pan and serve with rice or pasta... those two minute in the microwave packs can be cooked in a pan too!!!!!

pizza, fray bentos pies, chicken kievs, oven chips, but then i have got an oven!

you can cook microchips in a frying pan, you can also cook sausages up at home and then re-heat them using a tin of beans!

i'm liking the lots of dead flesh on a barbie, not so sure about the salad tho!

Cozmik's speciality Chilli Ring-Bleacher.

Brown off some strips of beef on one hob in a frying pan.
On other hob heat some cooking oil (about half an inch) in a saucepan add 6 spoons (large) of chillipowder, 6 cloves of garlic (chopped) an onion (chopped)
Chuck in the meat, cook for 30 minutes, rolling meat in the paste, add a tin of chopped tomatoes & a tin of kidney beans, cook for 30 mins adding water if it gets too thick.
Preferably serve on a campfire cooked baked potato. (Wrap in foil chuck on fire for about an hour)
Pop an Andrex in the fridge and don't forget to leave the sunroof slightly open overnight.

Used to have a Coleman camp oven like this:

Worked great!  Getting temperature right took a little time, but after a few tries it was no problem.
