Topic: GSF Sheffield Posted: 24 Aug 07 at 12:09 |
I know there are always moans and groans about GSF and some branches are better than others. BUT, have to say Sheffield are a top bunch. Never missed a beat with any requests and after having the fan belt go the other night and the van turn into a kettle, they have been really helpful in sorting a matching set of fan belts for the westy (there are 3 so it is going to be a game of "musical belts" tonight).
They have them ready and bagged and under the counter for the FPO to pick up after taking the midgets to the flicks.
Again - top job Sheffield GSF.

Yep, brilliant place, they are always really helpful. I know a couple of the guys from when they used to run Volksbitz (I think it was called) on Spital Hill. So they've had to put up with me for the last 16 years.

....I was on about the C***iff branch not the Swansea one!!!...they f****d up with a rear panel I was after twice in 3 days on 'special order' a few months ago when Swansea didnt have it and have shown to be stocking stuff when they havent actually had it too..'Spanner' is ok at Swansea v much like the Sheffield guys..could do with others being more knowledgeable about the a/c stuff tho!!....they dont stock enough stuff either...in my opinion EVERY branch should stock at least one part of everything thats in the catalogue...whats the point otherwise!!..its a big enough organisation to do it!!!!...so there!!!...

I always get on famously with them :)
Worrying number of visits from people who look like they've just been on the sort of sales course that involves white boards and flip charts nowadays though...
