Ok,

So what is the PCD & correct offset (ET) for wheels fitted to the T5? And are they fitted with studs, bolts or a combination?

Basically a mate wants to know if the 18" OZ wheels fitted to my T3 will fit on his T5?

Many thanks

Dan

Recently been researching this myself..... PCD is 5 x 120 and the offset on the OEM steel wheels is 55.

I've fitted some lovely after market alloys with an offset of 45 which widens the track slightly and fills the arch nicely.  The wheels are 8.5J so the different offset is compensated by the wider wheel width.....

Watch out for the load rating tho - OZ are renowned for their lightweight race wheel rather than strong all day load bearers!

Ah - being that a T3 wheel has the Audi PCD of 112 x 5 the wheels on my T3 won't fit (without adapters) onto my friend's T5

BTW i've been running my OZ wheels (Supertourismos) On my T3 Multivan for about 8 months now without any problem - but I guess the curb weight of my van would be similar to a car like a 5 series BMW or Audi A6 to which you wouldn't think twice of fitting such wheels. I guess a modern T5 van weighs a fair bit more than the older Transporters?

Hi Wagenman

In answer to your question, and as stated above:

The PCD on T5 hubs is 5 x 120 and the offset of the OEM steel wheels is 55.

Cheers
