Had a lot of people looking at it and asking questions etc, but apart from an offer for a swap for a slightly rusty bay, no proper offers. Its now on eBay.

Glad you liked it

Its a 2.7 diesel. Not the fastest thing in the world but will happily cruise all day with the HGV's! It can be hussled along fine if you want to though. I doubt it'll do more than 30mpg but i've never really worked it out. I'm based in Blackburn, Lancashire.

Unfortunately now for sale

Most of it has now been re-sealed, all windows re-lined internally, heater and water pump working, outside tidied including NOS bumper end caps and indicators. Lots of other bits and pieces. I'll put pics and details in the for sale area.  I'll be taking it to BVF and putting it in the cars for sale area too.

Originals:

New:

Something to put the tunes out:

Second skylight replaced and new ceiling light from the bay of goodness (to be painted white):

One more window re-trimmed:

Few bits removed:

And repainted and refitted:

And a few more bits either replaced or repainted:

One side of the roof has been re-sealed and a few other bits done too, with a load more to do. Messy, time consuming job but necessary if i'm going to preserve it.

No probs

Its done 49k miles and was totally original apart from the burgandy - gonna try and remove the paint to reveal the original light brown underneath!

No major plans for it apart from tidying it up a little and adding a few tweeks here and there. Replaced one sky light and got the front still to do. In process of tidying up bits of trim which should lift it externally. Internally need to sort the tunes out up front, replace the beige carpet with more user-friendly vinyl, got new lighting to install and a few other odds and sodds.

Also going to give it a good service once i've gathered the necessary parts together - not that easy to find stuff for a Perkins 4.165

I'll update pics as and when.
