Maybe they should stick their 3.2 lt 200ps lump in it ?.

I think that Ford may be taking the whole " Sporty van " thing a bit to far.

Maybe its a tribute to VW,s commercial styling, that all you need to do to thiar vans is put a set of nice alloys on to make them look special !.

Personally I wouldn't touch that van with a bargepole. For the past 2 weeks I have been working at a ford dealer and you learn just how over rated and shit transits actually are. We had one in that was a butchers van so not a hard life, 2006 plate and the engine had died, we had one in with 28,000 on the clock and that needed a new clutch and slave cylinder. They have been constantly towed and pushed in so from someone who has had transhit experience, just run from it!

What a complete joke and a hideous looking abomination.  What's that bollox about Ford not putting a powerful engine in it as that would be irresponsible?

My experience of Fords was .....a new Escort van in 1987 which rusted out in 3 years...quite unbelievable!

A new Transit in 1999 that had a minor prang & a front wing replaced only to find extensive rust in the seams at 2 years old

Bought a new Vito 112 in 2001 only to have rust problems with that

Replaced that with the T5 174........&....well thats history....but at least no rust
