You know your political system is broken when the folk behind the parody effort have more wit and awareness than the real. |

Quite a list building up now and we're still more than a month away from crashing out:
Although according to some none of this has anything to do with Brexit. It must just be coincidence. Muppet of the day: John Longworth

The government's published a summary of their no deal cabinet advice and it doesn't make for pretty reading, and that's just the sanitised version for public consumption.
And yet some of these muppets still claim leaving with no deal would be "better than a bad deal". |

The US governement has now published a
Summary
of Specific Negotiating Objectives for any trade agreement that
they might make with the UK
A few choice items:
There are also requirements for fewer restrictions on GM and other bio-engineered food, and a whole section at the end on measures to prevent boycotts of any Israeli products or services for whatever reason. What do you reckon the odds are of the US getting whatever they want in a negotiation with Liam Fox - 100% or higher than that? Apparently..."The day after we vote to leave, we hold all the cards and we can choose the path we want" - Michael Gove, 9 April 2016

"We want out the EU to regain our Sovereignty" they said. Then they give it straight away to the US. It's been the plan for long enough... |

Now it's the turn of BMW and Toyota - both are now politely 'suggesting' that a 'No deal' Brexit will have an impact on the long term viability of their manufacturing operations in the UK, i.e. if it happens you can kiss goodbye to both the Cowley and Derby plants, and probably all the small business that supply parts and services to them. Still, at least we'll have blue passports... which will be printed by the Franco-Dutch company Gemalto because the government didn't limit the contract to only home bidders, as other countries have done, and as they would have been permitted to do under EU rules. Here's an interesting one. Apparently what you can see in the following image is a facility that the French are putting in place before passport control in Calais to check all motorhomes and caravans coming from the UK, and their gas systems, before they are allowed to enter the EU. More possible delays / problems ahead perhaps? From Ciaran the van driver's twitter feed here

Oh, and Primark are consolidating all their design, merchandising, buying, quality and sourcing operations in one office in... That's 220 jobs moving from Reading to the EU.

I'll just leave this here... <SARCASTIC> I wonder why there is so much opposition to putting the final deal to the people? </SARCASTIC>

if you research this was Hitlers dream. I want out . We were tricked into voting for the " common market" back in the 70's. your probably too young to know any difference
It was never meant to be the USSEU. Well it probably was but they kept it secret , the eu and British government.

What complete nonsense. If you can't make a valid point without resorting to Hitler association fallacies then you really haven't got a leg to stand on. And who do you really mean when you say 'they' as in 'they kept it secret'?
