Converting a T3 from LHD to RHD

   I've got wind of a LHD doka thats possibly for sale fairly local to me. 
Needs some work but i thought about converting to RHD at the same time.

Apart from fitting the obvious RHD parts (dash, steering rack and pedals) what else would be needed off a RHD vehicle? 
Is the steering relay box the same? 

Also would it be classed as a modification by insurance companies? 
What about the DVLA? Will they need to inspect it at an extortionate price or is it just a case of sending off the V5 with RHD instead of LHD written on it?
