If you do a search in here for Celtic Tuning it'll throw up quite a few threads where they've been mentioned....and praised.Wink

I used them for a Fiesta TDCi - great people, fantastic results, good price.
Would recommend them all the way

You should be more intersted in when you last changed the air filter rather than the exhaust!!!

I changed mine 2 weeks after Celtic did my remap (changed to K&N) and noticed a definate increase in power.

The standard VW air filter will only last about 5k miles before blocking!!

The exhaust is not a limiting factor on these (unless you have a newer one with the filter)

Hi Cyco how are you finding the K&N a lot a people I have spoke to say that the oil you have to put on the filter causes the air flow meter to fail prematurely

Jumped Ship to a Vito but I hear a 2021 T6 calling, only real difference is the Vito cab is more car like.

Yep mate the wheels are on, look alot nicer now, not going back to 20"s again, they are hard work...
As for the re-map i cant believe the difference, a friend bought a 59 plate sportline and allthough it is faster there isn't alot in it now, i dont really give any guns but even so its alot easier on motorways better on fuel and now i can overtake cars without killing myself..

No issues at all, I took out the old filter first of all to realise how blocked it had becomeShocked

Run it for a day with no filter to see what the difference in power wasTongue then fitted the K&N.

It does make a nice difference in power if your old one is blocked and dirty like mine was.

Mine runs 228 bhp.

I have fitted all the bumpers now and the caravelle front end, leather is next on the list.

got a quote today as follows.

Thank you for your enquiry with Celtic Tuning.

As one of the UK's leading turbo diesel tuning companies we can provide for all your electronic and mechanical tuning requirements.  The benefit of choosing Celtic Tuning over the majority of UK tuners is that we actually write and develop all of our own software in house; this enables us to provide a genuine custom tuning service for all applications and uses.

The 2.5 TDi engines we can take from 174bhp up to 228bhp and from 295lbft torque up to 351lbft torque giving a very impressive performance gain and all within safe design tolerance of the engine and drive train components.  Reviews of some of our remaps are located here if you should wish to browse: http://www.celtictuning.co.uk/testimonials.aspx

All of our software has been developed using a Dastek 750 rolling road. This ensures performance accuracy, reliability and also that your vehicle is MOT compliant for emissions testing.  You can expect to see a 2-5mpg fuel economy improvement once remapped but it is dependant on your driving style, drive accordingly and you will see the gains.

The cost of the remap is £326 all inclusive (RRP £375) for which we travel to your location whether it is home or work place.  This comes with a 14 day money back guarantee which gives you plenty of time to ensure it is exactly what you are after.

Alternatively, we have a new self tuning device out for your specific vehicle giving you the ability to switch between original and various modified map settings as well as having DTC code reader for fault diagnostics.  For full details of this unit please have a look at the following link: http://www.celtictuning.co.uk/Switch.aspx  The cost of this unit with the modified map is £425 all inclusive with free next day delivery.

If you wish to go ahead with the remap please forward us your contact details (address, Post Code and Phone number) and we will be in touch to arrange a booking very soon.  Alternatively if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to ask as our technical team will be able to answer any questions you have.

Regards

Luke

I was quite interested in that 'switch' box but at £670 with the 3 maps it's far too expensive!

One of the maps will be your stock file, so only 2 modified maps can be loaded.Wink To be honest once you drive your van with tuned sw you will not want to revert back.

I think the Superchips Bluefin is a lot less than that switch thingy, and you get a guarantee.
