breaking a 1.6td jx engine tommorrow......
 
if you want any bits..


....injection pump £60   sold.
Turbo £60 sold
flywheel £20 (collection only ...or dubfreeze)  prov sold to spannerboy
90 amp alternator (reconned 2 yrs ago) £35. sold
alternator bracket £10 sold
cylinder head (very tiny cracks betwwen valaves) £60 sold
fuel injector pipes (4) new about 3 years ago.....with the little brace thingys....£30

 

 


diesel input shaft (std) £20 ( collected or dubfreeze)
 oil cooler std £10  or £15 with the housing(thats bolted to the block)
flywheel plate ?(£10)
inlet manifold £25
coolant expansion tank...the one that sits behind the flap £10
locking flap mechanism....no lock though (useful for securing your flap) £20
turbo support bracket £15
4 x  injectors (complete) £25
bare block...but very good (no sump) £50

lots of other bits

 
i will post up other individual prices when i have taken off the parts.

sure you can...sorry i dont have the sump for sale as its been used for my TDi conversion.

If the alternator has got a W connector i'll take it. Can collect from Dubfreeze.

cylinder head now removed....
it shows hairline cracks between the valves on all cylinders.....i have the pictures.
 
never had any problems in respect of water loss, overheating on my van.
includes cam....and all injectors...
 
£90.....but collection only from Stoke.
 
also water pump....
 
£20

also removed something from the injector side of the block....opposite end to the flywheel.....half way down the block ....round thing with a geared drive on the end...held in with a bolted down clamp.....vacuum pump ????
