Do you have a LT 35z or LT 35e?
If you have a LT 35e the rear breaks are supposed to be the same as the T3 Syncro 16, except the bolt pattern in the drums.
https://www.brickwerks.co.uk/ and http://busschmiede.de/shop/ are the best for spare parts, and of course http://www.volkswagen-classic-parts.de/

I thought that all the single wheel LT used the same adjuster throughout the range. If you give that supplier your reg no he can check.
You could use a file to reshape the worn ones you have.

According to the LT Wiki on the German LT-Forum The LT 28 and 31 have 252mm drums, same as T3 and LT35e has 270mm drums, same as Syncro 16. But the information with the different parts from Brickwerks doesn't say anny thing about that.
