What if I told you there are quite a few options and they are all heavy duty? There are several steel rims on the market too.
160/5 ET 15 or ET 0.
The Indian car models Tata Safari and Tata Xenon are both 160/5.
I'm not sure about the civil version of Sumo, but the military version has 160/5 steel rims.

Don't think so. The guys at LT-Freunde seems to be running all the way down to 0, but 15-40 is tested by some of the guys in my previous post about tyres with good result.
I might post there and ask them.

There are several companies in India, shouldn't be a problem to ask them to do an export.

EDIT: Ask this company.
http://www.platiindia.com

They have this one for example.
