Is there anyone in the northwest who has an AAZ engine fitted to their van? If so would it be possible for me to bob over and have a quick listen to it running in your van ? Will gladly bring a few beers/bottle of wine for you're trouble.. Thanks Chris

I am in Preston, but I don't know if it is an aaz one because engines are not my thing..interiors and washing is.

yours is a petrol  AAZ is a Diesel. Mines in Huddersfield if you want to shoot over and have a listen. Probably not the best example as mines a bit "clacky" too. |

I had one in mine and gave up after trying to get the fecker to run without bouncing the arse end on tick over.... then the crank pulley slipped (CHECK OR CHANGE THE BOLT _ HIGHLY ADVISED)
Now got a 1.9 petrol (Thanks Joe) in it. Sorry, not much help. What is it you are stuck on?

When were you thinking? If its during the day, the vans usually at work with me, just let us know the day before so i dont decide to go in the Golf. weekend would be tricky, but can probably do something one evening |
