Currently stripping down an AEF 1.9d engine I've got to replace my current 1.7d ky.

Whilst I have the engine out I'm going to change the cambelt.  However when looking at the pulleys I can't see any markings on them??  Is this the norm and has anyone else done a belt change on an AEF, if so how did they do it timing wise??

Also any other pointers / tips / advice on a AEF change will be appreciated

The wiring is the easy bit you need to relocate the dip stick unless you have the early type oil filler pipe.
