AAZ Injection Pump with Brickwerks boost pin.
Good working order, has only done 500miles since a full check and clean bill of health by the local Bosch service centre. It's the better type with the LDA and is fitted with a Brickwerks boost pin.

AAZ head.
Complete with valves and cam shaft. Recently skimmed. Engine retired due to a suspected crack in the block. Although, I can't total rule out a head issue, although this head was fitted for 500miles and seemed fine, we were still getting traces of exhaust gas in the coolant when very warm. My gut feeling is that this head is ok, but I can't guarantee it. Make me an offer? SOLD

Please could you text or whatsapp me on 07877899170, I think we spoke on Facebook a while back. I'm up in Rugby/Hinckley. I could really do with some help establishing what parts are right/wrong with my van and knowing which parts I have or haven't got that are any good! I know the turbo on it isn't draining to the sump etc, its an AAZ turbo I think and I've no idea what pump is on there. Basically I want to sort the AAZ that's in it for this year and I'll possibly GTI next year when I've got more time. Cheers

Flat belt "serpentine" setup. The spring seized and the shaft has started cutting into the casting to the point it's not salvageable..
