The battery is on the right hand side of the engine bay, not under the seat.&nbsp; The&nbsp;header tank is in front of the battery and has a blue plastic 'dalek' cap on it!&nbsp; No other overflow/burp tank apparent anywhere...I am missing a tank? <img src="http://www.brick-yard.co.uk/forum/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0" alt="C&#111;nfused" title="C&#111;nfused" />&nbsp;]]>

The one with the pressure cap. the one behind the flap is the overflow, or "Burp" tank.</div><div><br></div><div>What is your cap like on your header tank? Its it plastic? or Metal?</div>]]>

It's written at just the right level for me! The only fly in the ointment is that the van was originally a 1.9 petrol and some bodget droppped in the diesel later on. There is no header tank in the engine bay - i.e. nothing behind the flap. ??? Just the expansion tank. No wonder I have always been confused about the 'behind the flap' routine.]]>
