2,5 petrol not starting

   I've been told this is the place to ask for help with vw so I hope you can help me. 
I recently bought a T4 year 2000 that doesn't run. When turning on ignition the pump doesn't prime and there's no power to the hall sensor. I have tested the 30 relay and it works. When I push on the pump relay the pump starts. I would like to test the power to the ecu but don't know which wire it is. 
What to do?
