All I'll say is the new ones aren't THAT much better than the old ones, power wise! Our work 'run about' is an S reg'd new shape, 2.5 diesel - and my van beats it up to about 65...

Hi folks, I currently own a lovely 1984 LT28 camper van and regrettably I am thinking of changing it for more powerful model.....

There is currently a 2.5 diesel LT 35 1997 model for sale and I am wondering if there is anything in particular that I should be checking for in this model. Are there any particular problems associated with this model. If I do change; I could have a very nice lt28 for saleWink. Any advice that you could give would be great.
