There are very few Golf Syncros left in the UK of the very few that were ever released in the UK.
The following external website contains some statistics and numbers of how many Golf Syncros are left in the UK:

Definitely an appreciating asset and ones in good condition are becoming incredibly hard to find.

With that in mind we present, for sale:

Yoda
A stunning 1990 H Golf Mk2 Syncro 5-door in Capri Green sold with 12 months MOT & 6 months tax.
It has stunning Capri Green metallic paintwork: simply a brilliant, brilliant VW colour – turns heads everywhere I go.

Previous owner replaced the stock 1.8 twin carb engine with a G60 engine, rebored to 2.0l, complete with Stage 2 Jabba supercharger and 68mm pulley. Sounds AWESOME!
This change is on the logbook so according to the DVLA is the only one of its kind in the country.

Estimated to be around 200bhp at the flywheel and yet from the outside the only testament to its awesome power and handling is a subtle Nurburgring tattoo on the nearside rear.

Pretty mint body work and interior with good condition trims etc.
Pretty spotless alloy wheels wrapped in Toyo tyres with plenty of tread left on all 4 of them.

Wolfsburg edition centre caps complete with a tool for removing them.
It has very low key crystal clear angel eye headlights and spots, with smoked clear rear light clusters.

Other features are:
- Lowered on adjustable coilovers
- 5-door with full remote central locking
- Electric windows & mirrors (tweeters fill the door card winder holes – really neat job)
- Alarm & immobiliser
- A completely rebuilt syncro gearbox (2012)
- Supercharger rebuild by DG Autotech (Corrado/VW/G60 specialists) 2012
- Fairly mint condition interior with ‘Rainbow’ upholstery and door cards. Grey carpet in the car, black carpet in the boot.
- The parcel shelf and boot panels etc. are all unmolested and uncut and the headlining is also in excellent condition.

Will be very sad to see this car go but we don’t have know-how, time or room on our drive or garage to keep this potential show car in the manner to which it should be accustomed.

Looking for around £4,000 although it is on eBay with a starting bid of £3,500 so someone is going to get a bargain.
Please feel free to contact me if you need any further details or are interested.

Thank you
Rusty
