   I built this for me and my kids and have spent a ruck of dosh on it. I dont mess around when it comes to buying bits and go for the very best I can afford.
The spec as followed:-
Engine:-
Induction kit,
New Acc. Cable,
EGR blanked,
Full Stainless exhaust inc. cat bypass and  twin double tailpipes, (feb’11)
Body/Chassis:
CMC Heavy Duty lowered rear springs,
CMC up rated gas shocks,
CMC front window wind deflectors,
CMC supplied Black glass side windows,
CMC supplied Crystal clear front indicators,
CMC supplied Debadged front grill,
CMC black b-pillar vinyl,
German style number plates,
Pro tinted rear door and front glass,
Clear LED rear lights,
Rear number plate plinth colour coded,
Mirrors colour coded,
Aero wipers,
Rear wipers removed,
Towbar with single elecs,
19” Kahn 2-piece split rim alloys, custom paint (bronze-over-graphite grey) 
Interior (rear):
Fully insulated using:- Hammerite/Roof flashing/Polystyrene foam/Foil backed bubble wrap.
Full ply lined- 6mm walls, 12mm floor
Ikea LED internal lights,
Altro flooring,
Recovered roof boards,
JDS ¾ Metal rnr bed with seat belts, 
5” memory foam cushions,
Front and rear bed frame boards,
CMC supplied Full kitchen conversion cupboards inc.table,
CMC supplied zig unit,
CMC supplied electric water pump,
CMC supplied VAG Caravelle sliding door step cover,
CMC supplied VAG Caravelle twin rear door plinth,
CMC supplied SMEV sink and hob,
Van-X curtains (x2),
240v elec. Hook up, inc. consumer board and 2 x 13amp dark chrome sockets,
110amp Leisure battery and full battery box.
Interior (front):
Momo steering wheel and boss,
Retro fitted OEM Electric Windows fitted
Retro fitted OEM Electric mirrors fitted
Retro fitted OEM Central Locking fitted
OEM caravelle sun visors with light and mirror.
OEM caravelle Passenger door pocket,(matching drivers side)
MG zt front seats,
Gear-stick extension, 
DVD head unit with pop up screen,
Front cab bunk bed,
CMC supplied cab carpets and large over mat.
CMC supplied passenger swivel base,
CMC supplied front window thermal cover.

Bad point:-
Wheels have curbing (its a daily driver)
Gas hob hasnt been tested -- I dont want to cook in the van (hahaha)
Body isnt perfect (as above its a daily driver

V5 is in my name since spring last year.
unlimited milage insurance is £260 per year fully comp
This is a van thats ready to go.
